The Sanctuary Body approach to personal training emphasizes long-term strength and mobility over short-term vanity goals. We want you to achieve YOUR best body, free of pain.  Our emphasis on proper alignment will help you look taller and leaner, relieve tension, and avoid injury.

Our trainers will locate and release your body’s stress from head to toe, and then carefully rebuild it for a balanced body and long-term fitness. You’ll train more efficiently – and spend much less time in the gym. Train one-on-one, or share a duet session with a friend.

To get started, schedule a New Client Consultation. You’ll meet with a trainer who will talk with you about your fitness challenges and goals, and then recommend one or more fitness and bodywork modalities customized just for you. They’ll even take you through a short demo workout!
