We are open!

We are thrilled to welcome personal training and bodywork clients back into the studio. The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. Our open space and no-crowds business model make fitness instruction easier and safer for us than traditional gyms. Measures we’re taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19 include the following:

  • We’re requiring both staff and visitors to wear masks at all times in the studio, and stay home if they have any cold-like symptoms.
  • We’ve rearranged our space and set up additional training stations in the loft to enable social distancing while waiting and during sessions. When weather permits, we’re utilizing outdoor space for training. Expanded hours also help to keep everyone spread out.
  • We’ve placed signage throughout the studio to guide everyone on maintaining adequate distance while utilizing the space.
  • We’re wiping down workout stations and private rooms before, during and after each session, and cleaning the whole studio frequently, with hospital grade disinfectant.
  • We offer contactless payment via our website, or clients may authorize us to store their card info and process payments for them.

Our personal trainers, yoga instructors, and general fitness instructors have over 100 years of combined experience, and are eager to help you reach your fitness goals. Whatever motivates you – weight loss for that summer body, more strength and flexibility, or general physical fitness improvements – we have a personal trainer to help you. With weekly classes in yoga, Pilates, barre, dance fitness and more, we’ve got something to inspire every group class student. Our group class passes allow you to sample them all and find the one that’s right for you.

Of all the gyms in Fell’s Point, we’re the only one to offer a wide range of fitness instruction programs, and we take pride in the sense of well-being our members leave with after every visit.
