If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, training session, bodywork session, or class/ workshop for which you have registered, kindly do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the session. This is done out of respect for our dedicated practitioners, and to maximize appointment availability for all of our busy clients. Thanks for your understanding.
Prepaid consultations, training and bodywork sessions, packages, and gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
