Vinyasa Yoga (all levels)
Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, is a challenging and slower paced class that draws from Forrest yoga. This approach emphasizes alignment, core strength and breathing while flowing through a series of connected poses. Most importantly, it helps students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility and inner awareness.
Community Yoga - $8 Special Rate!
Join us as you unite your breath and movement in our refreshing and centering community yoga classes. We will practice a variety of standing and seated poses while maintaining a slow vinyasa flow and calming rhythm. This class is the perfect combination of strength, stretch, invigoration, and calmness, creating a total mind-body experience from head to toe. Community yoga classes are non-heated and accessible for all-levels. We are proud to announce that these classes are taught by qualifying graduates from the local red lila School of Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training program.
