Heated Vinyasa Yoga (all levels)
Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, is a challenging practice that draws from Forrest yoga. This approach emphasizes alignment, core strength and breathing while flowing through a series of connected poses. Most importantly, it helps students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility and inner awareness. These classes are gently heated to relax tight muscles without adding too much intensity.
Slow Flow Yoga - Coming Soon!
This slower paced class will emphasize relaxation, deep stretching and release of tension. Details and registration coming soon.
