Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, is a challenging and slower paced class that draws from Forrest yoga. This approach emphasizes alignment, core strength and breathing while flowing through a series of connected poses. It helps students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility and inner awareness.
