Aerial fitness at Sanctuary Bodyworks
In this 4 week series, you will learn aerial fitness tricks and poses inspired by Cirque du Soleil that will build upper body and core strength. Experience the sensation of lift and flight. Beginners are welcome!

• Get comfortable with aerial fabrics
• Play with being suspended off the ground and being inverted
• Explore floating and fluid movements
• Gain an understanding of aerial fabrics while working on improving flexibility, balance & strength
