Deep Flow Yoga is a challenging and slower paced class that draws from Forrest yoga. It is an alignment-based vinyasa flow structure. Core strength exercises and breath awareness helps students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility and inner awareness.

Yoga for Athletes

A power vinyasa class. Power up, restore, and be present. Challenge your cardio limits with an ambitious flow. Stretch and strengthen, while lengthening out and connecting to your core. Give your hips some love.

Yoga for Life

Yoga for Life explores the concepts of an Ashtanga-based yoga practice and teaches how to apply these principles to life.

Emphasis is placed on alignment, mindfulness, and breath work in a playful and compassionate environment. Students learn not just what to practice but how to practice – including the unique modifications and use of props for the individual body. Uncover weaknesses and compensations in your practice to identify which areas need more attention in a pose and where you can deepen.

Yoga for Life is ideal for absolute beginners learning the basics, and seasoned practitioners deepening an existing practice.
