Jason Williams has been in the health and fitness industry since 2002 as a personal trainer, a fitness instructor, a coach and an author. As a former collegiate track athlete, Jason knows firsthand of the importance of working hard while using the proper alignment which allows one to improve performance while preventing injury, and he brings this knowledge to his personal training sessions and group fitness classes. He has taught a variety of class types including bootcamp and spin, but his main interests are pilates and barre. Rounding out his skillset, Jason has brought in meditation and now as a Wellbeing Coach he teaches clients about not only fitness and nutrition, but the whole mind body connection. Lastly, to bring his passion for health and wellbeing to all ages, Jason is the author of two children’s health and fitness books, “The Adventures of Frankie Fitness” and “The Adventures of Frankie Fitness, Introducing Ginger.”
