Introduction to TRX

TRX suspension training

or TRX training, utilizes straps and bodyweight to give you a full body workout, hitting your chest, arms, back, legs, shoulders and core. Developed by a former Navy SEAL, TRX suspension training creates a diverse exercise machine with two simple straps. Utilizing every muscle of your body in this full body fitness class.
