Growing up, Pete Johnson played everything from basketball and baseball to tennis and track. A three-sport athlete in high school, Pete excelled in soccer, and went on to play on the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team at Towson University where he also received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.
Post-graduation Pete went on to become a certified personal trainer whose passions are being active, staying healthy and showing clients how they can achieve the same for themselves. And for the past 6+ years, he has done just that.
Committed to healthy lifestyle changes, Pete has made a career of continuous movement. His driving philosophy is Positive Energy Through Exercise which focuses on individual strengthening and balance of the body. When not at Sanctuary, Pete can be found teaching group exercise classes in various locations in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area as well as in Harford County.
