Julia is a compassionate and dedicated personal trainer who loves nothing more than helping others achieve goals and break personal barriers. As a kid, Julia discovered her own body awareness and coordination through tumbling and competitive cheerleading which would later evolve into yoga and running. For the past four years she has coached CrossFit and teaches a weekly mobility class to CrossFit athletes. She enjoys all things fitness, and has recently become certified in Barre. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she is also currently working on a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. She uses a variety of dynamic exercises to keep her clients motivated and balanced, so be prepared to pulse it out like Jane Fonda or hit it heavy like Arnold. At Sanctuary, Julia’s approach to functional fitness shines through, while building strong bodies and healthy minds.
