Aerial Fitness Classes

In this 4 week series, you will learn aerial fitness tricks and poses inspired by Cirque du Soleil that will build upper body and core strength. Experience the sensation of lift and flight. Beginners are welcome!

Class Time

  • February 1st- March 1st, 2017: Sanctuary Bodyworks & Kelly Jo Stull, Fells Point
  • 7:00am-8:00am: Take your practice to new heights

Instructor and Class Description

• Get comfortable with aerial fabrics
• Play with being suspended off the ground and being inverted
• Explore floating and fluid movements
• Gain an understanding of aerial fitness while working on improving flexibility, balance &
strength
